Blue Sky Bank is eager to welcome a new Loan Assistant to our team! Responsibilities of a Loan Assistant at Blue Sky Bank:
Process applications.
Sets up customers in Credit Quest to include borrowers & all signers.
Orders from Processor (as needed):
Credit Bureau; Title work; and Appraisal.
Performs UCC search.
Completes Red Flag and CIP information.
Processes and packages loan documents and funds new loans.
Files UCC and real estate mortgages.
Processes advances and payments as requested by lender or borrower.
Handles exceptions:
Reviews reports; Requests updated information from customer and/or lender; and Submits to Credit Specialist for removal.
Performs research as requested by management.
Other responsibilities as requested and assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or other business-related field (preferred).
5-10 years of bank experience, preferably in credit administration.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of credit administration.
Strong time management skills to meet all deadlines.
Communication Proficiency.
Problem Solving/Analysis.
Mathematical and analytical skills with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Adaptability as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
