Players Club Host

The Host/ess at the Players Club is responsible for the customer database, cash and merchandise redemption. Providing quality customer service and informing all guests of promotional events occurring on-site is the main focus of this position. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicates upcoming promotional ideas/events and procedures to other departments.
Greets all guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
Maintain daily reports on all coupon redemptions.
Seek new and targeted players to inform them of the benefits of all player development programs.
Prepare, coordinate, and host/administer all complementary and guest events.
Track and monitor guest feedback and participation on an on-going basis to determine program effectiveness.
Assist casino patrons with Players Club enrollment.
Ability to promote and provide a positive customer experience by educating guests on the benefits of being a card member.
Approve and monitor comp issuance based on player performance.
Use database to identify target players.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Must have ability to use good judgment in intense situations.
Must be able to follow all instructions, written and oral.
Must be proficient with computer, typing, usage of phone, adding machine, copier, fax and postal printer.
Must present a professional and well groomed appearance.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Must have ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to work all schedules, all days and all shifts. Complete flexibility is required.
Must be able to work in a casino environment where second hand smoke, loud noises and flashing lights are present.
Training and
Experience:
One year of customer service or sales experience (preferred).
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Delaware Nation office of the Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
